Seeking a high energy, personable and driven Sales Administrator to support a fast-paced sales team in this leading Financial organisation. The Opportunity

Supporting the Sales and Senior Management team with a range of administrative duties, this role is fast paced and requires someone who enjoys working in a bustling sales environment. Working within this large organisation will give you opportunities to grow and expand your skill-set in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a permanent opportunity that will support and grow with the business during this time of expansion.


The Role

Your new role as the Sales Administrator and Office All-Rounder will see you supporting the Business Development Managers across NSW as well as the Senior Executive team including the CEO.

This role is pivotal in the organisation and support of the sales function and may include:

  • Processing invoices and corporate expenses, booking international and domestic travel as well as event management of in-house events.
  • Diary management, coordination of meetings and organisation of agendas.
  • General reporting and creation of presentations for sales team.



Experience and Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a fast paced Administrative role with experience supporting a Sales team preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with understanding of Microsoft systems.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to maintain a high quality of work whilst working under pressure.
