EUSTRALIS Food & Wine NSW is a medium sized and a growing French food supply business with over 15 years of experience. Our clients include some of the largest hotels, restaurants, cafes and caterers in Australia. We are excited about the quality of our range of high end products that we offer.
We are looking for an Administration Assistant and a Sales Assistant to join our team.
1/ Administration Assistant: full time role. Monday to Friday 11:00am to 7:00pm. Sundays occasionally.
Responsibilities:
Efficient day-to-day operation of phone enquiries and orders, answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
Deal with urgent orders and customer service issues, carry out administrative duties such as placing orders, maintaining contact lists, date entry, filing and managing email communications, perform reception duties in an efficient and professional manner
Requirements: strong spoken and written English, spoken French an advantage but not essential, administration & phone experience preferred, great communication & customer service skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, attention to details, team player, food or hospitality experience an advantage, MYOB EXO experience an advantage but not essential
2/ Sales Assistant: full time role. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Support the Sales department and the Sales Manage: help in implementing sales reports, analyse data to assist in making recommendations to improve performance, sales growth and profitability
Implement marketing tools and marketing materials
Support the sales team and prepare sales meetings, and assist in organising commercial events with customers
Support the Training Centre and the Technical Advisor: follow-up of the registrations for the Master classes (invoicing, send required information to the students/chefs), perform new booklets, recipes, and update existing materials and help in organising the logistics of the classes.
Requirements: strong spoken and written English, spoken French an advantage but not essential, basic understanding of sales principles and customer service good practices, good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office & Photoshop (or equivalent), attention to details.
