We are looking for an enthusiastic professional, polished, well-spoken person with excellent communication skills to join our growing team.

This is a full time dedicated role where you will be expected to provide timely office management to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.

We are seeking an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.

The role demands the successful candidate to be organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.


The successful candidate will perform tasks including but not limited to:-

  • Be responsible for the day to day running of our growing accounting practice, ensuring the highest standards and ethics are evident and embedded.
  • Be a self-starter, highly driven and able to pick things up quickly to achieve results.
  • Manage workflow supervision in order to meet client expectations and time frames.
  • Responsible for the WIP and performance tracking of the accounting and admin staff.
  • Be experienced with handling ATO and ASIC requirements – completing and submitting relevant documentation (familiarity with ATO and ASIC portals essential)
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Be able to motivate and drive our team towards performance goals and while producing a high standard of work

Ideally you will have at least 2 years relevant previous experience in an accounting firm.
