The role is responsible for managing contracts, reconciliations and processing requests. The activity will be performed in a team based environment. You will also be capable of working independently to provide a high level of administrative duties. You will support the effective contract based service delivery of the mobile speed camera program.
The successful candidate will:
• Demonstrated sound experience in a comparable administration role.
• Co-ordinate continuous contract improvement and performance mechanisms to facilitate new contracts on behalf of the NSW government.
• Co-ordinate report compilation and submissions as required.
• Support and deliver mobile speed camera program requirements, and ensure the program is fully integrated, and supportive of latest regulatory framework, by working collaboratively with other RMS policy and program areas.
• Review, assess and evaluate vendor payment requests, variations, claims and invoices in line with the mobile speed camera program contract.
• Participate in regular budget forecasting and cost reporting to management.
Essential criteria:
Demonstrated administration skills.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and enforcement issues, together with knowledge of the political process and its impact on operational delivery.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet time critical deadlines.
High level of computer literacy skills of Microsoft products.
