A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Administration Officer/Scheduler to join a dynamic team located in Vermont. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Your key areas of responsibility will include the following:
- General administrative tasks
- Scheduling technicians to jobs
- Daily mail distribution
- Keying customer orders
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
- Scanning contracts and documents
To ensure your success within this reputable organisation, you must have previous administration experience, a minimum intermediate level in MS office, exceptional attention to detail as well as professional verbal and personal presentation skills.
Soft skills required for this role include a flexible, friendly, energetic and professional demeanour, as well as willingness to “get things done”.
