We are seeking a Receptionist & Sales Support Administrator for Mantra Group Realty, the rapidly expanding apartment sales division within Mantra Group’s Asset Management Department.
Exclusively serving unit owners within Mantra Group managed hotels, we provide a unique opportunity for an experienced property or hospitality professional to join our team. We are seeking applications from positive, well presented and motivated individuals.. Whilst the role is based in our beautiful central agency, which is located within the prestigious Peppers Soul hotel in Surfers Paradise, it is a corporate styled role and you will be required to liaise with many stakeholders throughout the business including our corporate and property teams.
This exciting opportunity will be a varied role supporting 4 Sales Agents and working closeley with our Rentals Team, knowledge of contracts administration would be an advantage. Initiative, a friendly ‘can-do’ attitude and a high level of written and verbal communications skills are a must. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
The role is full-time Tuesday – Saturday, with Saturday hours somewhat flexible. A current sales registration certificate is essential and knowledge of MyDeskTop is an advantage. A base salary plus Team Member commission referral incentive is being offered.
