One of APS's existing clients who are experiencing rapid growth are looking to add an office administrator to their team.

Currently the client is more interested in the right calibre of candidate than the working hours as are will to be flexible! 3 days per week or fulltime - tell us what you are looking for!

Salary which is TBC will be pro-rata depending on the days you are looking for!

Requirements of the role:

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  •  Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Assist in cleaning scheduling
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Deal with customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in client relationship management
  • Assist in debt recovery

Qualities and Qualifications:

  • Experienced with administration/ customer service
  • Flexible
  • Reliable
  • Computer literate including MS Suite and software programs such as MYOB/Xero TBC
  • must have VCE
  • any Tertiary or Tafe qualifications will be highly regarded.
