Our client is a residential developer with a heavy focus on medium density housing developments in Queensland and NSW. With a number of new projects underway they now require an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team.** Part time and Full time roles available **
This fast paced and challenging role will see you report directly to the CEO and Office Manager. Your day to day duties will include the following:
- Processing & executing contracts under POA - corresponding with solicitors, purchasers & sales agents
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Communicating with solicitors on any purchaser requests or clarifications on the projects
- Managing of a databases for all sales
- Compiling of sales contracts & disclosure documents, including plans, body corporate levies & agreements.
- Management of multiple price lists & allocations for in house sales agents & external agents/marketers
- Processing commission invoices for external & in house sales agents
- Co-ordination of purchaser pre-settlement inspections
- Management of building defects, communications with the onsite property manager
- Preparation of settlement commissions, incentives etc.
- Settlement cross checking of statements, ensuring all purchaser conditions are met & management of purchasers settlement dates
- Supply Property Occupations Form 6 agreements
- Negotiations with external agents & project marketers
- Preparation of construction & settlement information updates to all purchasers & agents
- Assisting with marketing material & project launches.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working for a real estate or developer in a Contracts Administration role.
- Good knowledge of residential housing contracts.
- Have high attention to detail and be able to multi task
- Have enthusiasm for the residential and commercial building industry
- Great computer skills and be proficient in using Word and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
