Position: Client Liaison Officer

Permanent part time position - three days per week

 

This successful Newcastle broker has experienced growth and success in a short amount of time. This company takes great pride in maintaining open communication and updating clients at every stage of the process.

 

As a result of this growth, they are looking for a Client Liaison Officer to support three agents manage the process from start to finish. This role will see the successful candidate take on various administrative and client service focused tasks.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Complete file management and follow-ups

- Client contact liaison

- Client relationship management (pre & post settlement, ongoing marketing)

- General office duties and assist Office Manager

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Corporate work experience (essential)
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to write creatively
  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in marketing and communications (desired but not essential)
  • Ability to work on all social media platforms
