Studio Manager position in Prahran, supporting a fun and vibrant Architecture team!
Your new company
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a medium sized Architecture company based in Prahran. This architecture and design company is famous for its nationally acclaimed projects in a variety of sectors. This is a creative and dynamic working environment made up of passionate individuals who love what they do. Due to rapid growth, a permanent Studio Manager is needed to support this friendly, close knit and vibrant team.
Your new role
The studio manager is a key support position, focusing primarily on the coordination and management of all different facets of the business. The position will combine studio assistance to senior team members and broader administrative support to the whole team. Your main duties will be:
- Advising on general business efficiency and change management
- Identifying business development opportunities
- Administration including; preparing invoices, paperwork and payments
- Generating monthly reports
- Coordination with external parties such as IT & Accounting
- Coordination and delegation of graphic design tasks
- Tender submissions
- Assisting in coordination of training and ensuring employee contracts are up to date
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar position ideally within Architecture or Construction will lead to your success, as will;
- Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel
- Skills in Vision and Microsoft Project are favourable
- Outstanding ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Talent for working autonomously and a drive to constantly improve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency
- A team mentality
