About The Position

Currently an opportunity has presented for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team in a pre site or onsite CSO role. Responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing a portfolio of Customer relationships through presite or onsite administration 
  • Prepare preliminary contracts and variations
  • Monitor applications and lodgements 
  • Schedule selections appointments
  • Monitor jobs to ensure outstanding items remain within time frames
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal departments
  • Liaising with Supervisors and Contractors
  • Chasing up Certificates and approvals
  • Monitor jobs to ensure outstanding items remain within time frames

Skills and Experience 

Our ideal candidate would demonstrate the following

  • Must have experience working for a project builder in a high volume customer service role
  • Experience through presite or onsite construction phase and maintenance highly regarded
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work with Customers, trades and Supervisors
  • Able to work under pressure
