About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Schweppes sales teams by providing effective, timely and up to date information to key stakeholders; including coordinating meetings and events.
About you
- Solid experience supporting sales teams
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload accordingly
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish strong rapport with key stakeholders of the business
- Agile, resilient and assertive demonstrating strong problem solving capabilities
- Able to manage own agenda of work in a fast paced and reactive environment
- Experienced in SAP
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of internal and external presentations, taking of meeting minutes, preparation and distribution of meeting agendas as requested
- Arrange travel bookings including flights, accommodation and hire car arrangements
- Administer new starters, leavers & movers process and coordinates new starter system set-up and orientation as requested
- Coordinate conference invites and RSVP’s, sourcing venues, prep meeting materials, catering, technology requirements for conferences
- Manage site petty cash allocation and process expenses with correct coding consistent with company policy and procedures
- SAP - Creation of purchase orders, and set up new vendor
