- Part time 3 days per week with flexible hours

• The company provides Managed Services to a broad range of Geelong based Customers
• It is privately owned and has operated for over 15 years, growing their business steadliy though reputation over that time
The Role
• The role is located in Geelong and is a part-time position
• The hours are 9:00am – 4:00pm (negotiable)
• Tuesday and Thursday's are required and the third day is negotiable
• The role requires an individual that is self-motivated, uses initiative and will take ownership of the role
Your Duties
• You will undertake sales administration including creating quotes, ordering products, invoicing and managing customers administrative requirements
• You will be responsible for managing accounts, including entering invoices, sending invoices, sending statements and following up on outstanding accounts
• You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and with clients face to face and over the phone
• You will provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director
Your Expertise
• You will have at least 5 years’ experience in an office administration
• You will have hands on experience using MS Office products
• You will have a professional attitude and presentation
• You will be organised and have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and reception skills
• A current, valid driver’s license is desirable
