This is an administration opportunity where you will be responsible coordinating and supporting a sales team of four based just near North Sydney’s train station. Your new company is an engine oil additives manufacturing company which leads operations all around the world.

You will be responsible for taking on the responsibility of office manager, as well as providing support to the wider team with logistics, pricing and finance. You will need to be able to work autonomously and with great initiative. In return you will get a very varied role, and the chance to work for an amazing team.

I am looking for someone with two years or more admin experience. Someone with excel and a little experience with logistics and finance admin would be advantageous, but ultimately we are looking for a great team player who is looking for a long term role in an already successful company that is continuing to grow.

In this role you will be:

  • Facilitating daily operations of the office including stationary ordering, filing, record keeping etc.
  • Providing first point of contact to customers and maintaining close relationships with vendors
  • Assisting with coordination and scheduling of meetings
  • Coordinating Christmas and Melbourne Cup events
  • Order processing in SAP
  • Tracking deliveries and assisting with invoices
  • Updating pricing system on PROS and maintaining accurate pricelist
  • Assisting with general finance enquires

Ideally you will have:

  • 2 years of sales admin experience
  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Some logistics experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Excel and database knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude

You will be given the opportunity to work in a multi faceted role, alongside experts in the industry.
