We are seeking an experienced mature-minded admin person for a manufacturing company located in Southport. The position is initially 2 - 3 days a week on a part time basis, with the view that the position will lead to a full time one.
We are a small but busy office and you will therefore be required to undertake many different interesting tasks from day to day. Training will be provided but bookkeeping skills are a necessary prerequisite to this position.
To be successful you will:-
- Have a bookkeeping diploma or be able to demonstrate experience in accounting in your current or previous positions
- Have good computer skills with experience in MS Office
- Be experienced in a variety of administrative tasks
- Be able to work under pressure when necessary and prioritise your work load
- Have a mature outlook to your work and to dealing with customers and staff
The position will commence in August 2018. Uniforms will be provided to the successful applicant and above award wages will apply.
