About the opportunity
This opportunity will see you support 4 Medical Directors between Sydney and Melbourne. With strong exposure to the APAC region you will offer excellence in complex itinerary/ diary management, travel coordination and remote support with full travel pack handover. This Senior appointment requires a proven candidate with the ability to influence the outcomes of their stakeholders by streamlining workflows and creating effective processes.
Duties
- Administrative Support to 4 Senior Executives
- Complex diary management & travel coordination
- Creation of Reports and Presentations
- End to End Project Management
- Relationship Building with Internal Stakeholders
- Soft Support of Senior Management Team
Skills and Experience
- Previous EA Experience in Healthcare
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to meet Deadlines
- Project Management Experience
- Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Suite
- Strong Communications Written and Verbal
