We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible person to fill a support role for our Sales team based in Orange.

Reporting to the Manager, the Advertising Sales Assistant will be the first point of contact for WIN Television Orange. You will be required to meet, greet and respond to clients and viewers, both via the telephone and face to face, in a professional and friendly manner. In addition you will provide quality office support including processing and management of the placement of Sales bookings, as well as generating reports and other associated administrative work.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year administration experience.
  • Ability to fulfil reception duties for the Sales department.
  • Accuracy and excellent attention to detail and data entry capabilities.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Ability to operate in a team environment, contributing positively to the operations and working relationships.
  • Ability to contribute ideas and demonstration initiative and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated positive work ethic and the ability and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to take steps to solve a problem.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
  • Must hold the right to work in Australia.
  • Very good phone manner and problem solving ability for incoming complaints and enquires.
  • Advanced experience on computer program knowledge e.g. Microsoft office.
  • Advanced ability in computer literacy and picking up computer programs.
  • Strict ability for deadlines.
  • Punctual and time efficient.
