Based in Gladstone, our Maternity Leave Contract Receptionist role will provide exceptional service and administrative support to our team. This role is very important and essential to the team's ongoing success, as this role plays the first point of contact for our clients and essentially is the 'face of the business'. This role is suitable for someone who has had an introduction to working in a professional office and who is eager to learn and develop their skills.  This is a full-time opportunity, with working hours of Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, between the period of July 2018 to March 2019.

Some of the duties include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors at reception and answering incoming telephone calls
  • Keeping reception area neat and tidy
  • Handling office correspondence and maintaining petty cash and office accounts
  • Banking
  • Managing calendar and appointments
  • Filing (electronic and manual)
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Maintaining client records
  • Providing assistance in the billing of clients
  • Providing assistance in the management of workflow

The suitable candidate must have a current Driver's Licence and access to their own transport as travel around the local area is required to run errands.
