Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a coordination superstar to join our Sydney based team.
As a Team Coordinator, you will provide a high level of support to the Sales teams and allocated customer accounts. In particular you will get involved in:
- Building and enhancing strong customer centric relationships with key Teletrac Navman customers
- Provide a high level of administration support to the Sales team including reporting, customer presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update sales pipeline information from Sales Force CRM
- Get involved in adhoc projects and initiatives
- General office duties for the broader team.
To be successful in this role you will have already had some exposure to team support in a fast paced environment, or could be a recent sales graduate with 1-2 years experience. You will also be equipped with:
- High level of customer service skills both face to face & over the phone
- Willingness to take ownership, work autonomously & be held accountable
- Ability to work within a fast paced positive culture, supporting a strong team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- High attention to detail and a strong ability to multi task.
