We are seeking several motivated and talented Administration Officers to work in a large reputable organisation in a ongoing role.

You will be a team player with a positive 'can do attitude' and a willingness to learn.  You will be a proven all rounder with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and an eye for detail. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Answer and direct phone calls and enquiries in a courteous manner
• Liasing with trades and subcontractors
• Ensuring end to end process of Work Orders are fulfilled
• Logging issues, copying licences and other documentation
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Successful Candidates will be have:

• A minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Be available for an immediate start
• Able to work Monday to Friday FT 7:30am to 4pm.
• Experience with software systems, ideally with SAP
• Background of facility maintenance administration desirable
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
• Confident dealing with a multitude of different people
• Have strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Experience dealing with Trades and sub contractors preferred but not essential
