The Company

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Site Administrator to join their welcoming and supportive team.


The Position

Coordinating and delivering professional administration to the Manager and Site Team, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating daily administrative aspects of the site and customer service requirements to achieve objectives

- Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients, internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

- Accurate data entry into reporting systems whilst meeting required timeframes

- Travel and event coordination, including liaising with preferred suppliers

- Provide support to the management team whilst working collaboratively across the entire Education and Training team to ensure desirable outcomes are met

- Oversee and develop reports to provide high level administrative support


The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

- Demonstrate relevant industry experience in a similar position is desirable

- Proven knowledge and experience in preparing written correspondence, reports and administration support

- Proven high level experience in developing and administering databases and spreadsheets using Excel

- Hold exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise with culturally diverse clients, along with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

- Effective time management, planning and record keeping abilities

- Have high level administration skills that deliver accurate and reliable data entry whilst meeting timeframes and legislative requirements


Please note applicants must have the ability to produce Rights to Work in Australia, complete a Police Check, Hold a Working with Children Card and have a current Drivers Licence. Applicants must also be willing to attend meetings and training conferences outside of standard business hours as required.
