West Carr & Harvey is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to provide high level support to the Executive Assistants, and the administration team. This role will also liaise with a variety of clients to support their financial needs.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of five years' experience in a high level administrative role
- Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Self-starter
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills as needed.
- Ability to liaise frequently with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience within an accounting firm will be highly regarded but not essential.
