My reputable client based in Balcatta has a rare opportunity for someone who is a year into their admin career and eager to establish themselves. Your main objective will be to assist the Sales Managers in the day-to-day processes associated with the selling and purchasing of Industrial and Mining Chemicals and Equipment.

With the goal to build a career in industrial and mining sales, your main responsibilities will include;  
  • Maintain exceptional customer service when answering and directing internal phone calls
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy when processing sales and purchase orders
  • Monitor and manage goods incoming
  • Organising logistics, both domestic and international
  • Ensure Dangerous Goods are labeled and transported correctly
  • Processing of online orders
  • Liaise with Managers and Accounts as required
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures
To secure this great role you will have;
  • The ability to work full-time with occasional Saturdays during Summer
  • Eagerness to learn and undertake training
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Proven working experience in customer service and admin
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills &
  • High school degree
