Labour Solutions Australia (LSA) is a national labour hire company that provides various labour and general staff to a wide variety of organisations.
We are currently seeking an experienced client/customer service officer, in the Lytton area. Chemical industry.
In this office based role the ideal candidate will be a superstar at customer service. Have a great eye for details, great admin skills, ability to work under pressure and thrive fast paced environment.
This role will be full time hours, initially casual for 3 months, following a permanent position opportunity.
To be considered for this role you will require the following:
- Extensive experience in an office based customer service role
- Inbound/outbound customer service experience highly advantageous
- Chemical experience highly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Be a customer service champion
- Have an excellent phone manner
- Own valid driers licence and vehicle (not accessible by public transport)
- Proven track record of reliably- references required
