A Fairfield based Steel Construction Company is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office All Rounder to join company to do reception, accounts, general admin &support. Prefer building industry experience.

The role consists of various tasks from book keeping ,accounts and office administration. This role requires a person that is motivated and has the ability to self manage. This role will give you an excellent opportunity to grow and expand your skills and knowledge in your business career.

Your daily duties would involve though not be limited to:-

•Reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls

•Data entry & basic office duties

•Accounts payable and receivable, debtors/ creditors in MYOB

•Developing and maintaining business systems and processes

•Ad hoc duties assisting the Internal Account Staff

•Ad hoc duties assisting the Director

•Assisting with job costing (training will be provided)

Your prior experience in handling accounts and all-round administration in a company is a requirement.

Person must be able to confidently and successfully run with any given task coupled with your capacity to work autonomously will see you a serious contender for this all-round opportunity.

To be successful in the role, the candidate will require:-

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Experience with MYOB

•Good organisational skills

•Able to work under pressure & prioritise work

•Self-motivated with energy & initiative to improve processes

•Responsible and professional attitude

•Able to maintain confidentiality

•Excellent attention to detail

• Strong computer systems experience, particularly Windows Applications Experience with MYOB and Excel would be advantageous

• A can-do attitude and a desire to succeed
