Dementia Australia is the new voice of Alzheimer’s Australia, and the peak body representing the interests of people with dementia, their families and carers.
 

We are currently looking for a superstar Administrator to help in the everyday smooth running of the site office. We need a key contact person to coordinate the local site maintenance, safety and reception activities. In this role you will also be responsible in providing financial support.
 

As part of the Business Services team, you will:

  • Meet and greet internal and external visitors and managing the core reception function
  • Managing phone enquiries (both internal & external)
  • Be the key point of contact for maintenance and service requests
  • Travel and accommodation bookings as required
  • Coordinate and assist in the organisation of local site events, meeting room bookings; and
  • Maintenance of relevant registers to ensure relevant compliance and facilitate the smooth running of the local site – Fleet, First Aid, Fire Safety, In/Out Calendars, contacts, maintenance, visitor and WHS registers, asset, security access and parking.
     

In order to be successful in this position you will have:

  1. Understanding of administrative processes, including managing bookings, filing, invoicing and reporting processes. *
  2. Experience in coordinating contractor services. *
  3. Demonstrated reception and ‘front of house’ experience. *

Qualifications in Business Administration or demonstrated experience will be viewed highly.
