The Opportunity

We are seeking an Internal Sales/Sales Support Specialist to join Queensland team in Newmarket.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager some of your responsibilities include:

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders
  • Order processing & backorder reporting
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report information
  • Liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies
  • Review all order requests to ensure excellent service

About You

To be successful in this role you will have over 6+ month’s sales or sales support experience, ideally, within an IT related field and have hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems. 

This position would suit someone with:

  • The ability to work alone or   as part of a team
