UTILISE YOUR NATURAL PEOPLE SKILLS IN THIS EXCITING RECEPTIONIST ROLE
We are a medium sized Chartered Accounting firm situated in the leafy eastern suburbs looking for a proactive, well groomed, bright and friendly face to be the first point of contact for our busy practice. Our offices are close to public transport with a modern open plan setting, creating an inclusive working environment with our team of professionals.
This is a terrific opportunity for someone with an excellent phone manner, who is well organised with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
In addition to general reception duties, this diverse full time role involves providing superior customer service to our clients, assistance to our consultants, together with administrative support for the day to day operations of the firm.
To be a successful candidate for this role your key competencies will include:-
- Outstanding phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to show initiative with effective time management
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
Previous work experience within an accounting firm would be highly desirable and exposure to MYOB Accountants Enterprise would be highly regarded.
