An excellent opportunity for an experienced EA has just become available! Our client is a well-established brand with their office located in the heard of Brisbane CBD. This role demands a high level of autonomy as the GM spends more than half the year abroad. What you will be doing…
- EA to General Manager of Asia Pacific
- Manage calendar, travel, presentations, and all email correspondence
- Ad-hock team administration
- Completed administration for rent, consumables, and insurance using Xero
- Finance administration including budgets and expenditure
- Consulting firm invoices for month end reports
- Administer contracts with and for applicable team consultants
- Assist in aligning international consultants with processes and procedures
- Act as a fixed point of contact for the global consultants
- Regularly update partners on project progress
- Assist with social media content
- And much much more!
You will have previous experience working as a PA or EA in a small or medium size enterprise. It is important that you are a self-starter, as you will need to take initiative and drive work whilst the GM is traveling. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to be proactive, manage workload and find opportunities to go above and beyond. You will be adept at building rapport with colleague globally whilst possessing a mature attitude.
This role requires a high level of MS Office skills as well as a bachelor level tertiary qualification. It is expected that all work is completed with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, previous board reporting and a sound understanding of finance functions is also required. This role is demanding and the successful candidate will need to be quick thinking and nimble in their approach, this client trades in 20 different currencies and delivers projects on a global scale.
