We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced RTO Administrator to be the face of our RTO. Someone who has a thorough knowledge of the VET system, sharp organisational and time management skills, and can provide our students with exceptional customer service.

The role will include:

• Being the first point of contact for students
• Answering student inquiries regarding the online system
• Maintaining our student management system, aXcelerate, with a high level of data accuracy
• Processing certificates and relevant licenses
• Assisting with routine compliance tasks
• General office admin support

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous RTO experience
• Enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude
• Customer focus
• Ability to get along well with others and build professional relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of the VET system, and ASQA guidelines
• Strong digital literacy; Microsoft office, aXcelerate, etc.

Key selection criteria:

• Two years working within an RTO
• High level of proficiency using a Student Management System (aXcelerate preferably)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage work to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High-level data entry accuracy
• Knowledge of VET system standards, and government funding

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be advantageous
