The Role
 

The Toyota for Life Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Toyota for Life program in order to ensure the best possible guest experience at each and every Toyota dealership and support business targets for TMCA over the short, medium and long term.


What will you do?

  • Supports the implementation of agreed Toyota for Life systems, processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve Toyota for Life objectives.
  • Assists in the development and continuous improvement of processes and procedures for Toyota for Life projects in order to enable the Regions and Dealers to achieve Toyota For Life standards.

  • Acts as liaison between national divisions and Regions on key projects that impact the Regions and the Dealer Network. Resolves any queries and issues, and escalates matters to minimise risk.

  • Supports the coordination of Toyota for Life training and development activities for stakeholders to enhance dealership based guest processes and skills, and compliance process training for networks and regions in order to ensure the achievement of Toyota For Life standards.

  • Supports the coordination of Toyota for Life forums to ensure that Toyota for Life plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

  • Assists in the gathering, summary and analysis of information. Prepares and distributes reports, technical information and presentations in order to inform sound decision making.

  • Monitors and analyses performance against targets for own area and recommends countermeasures where required.
  • Monitors own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimise Toyota’s risk exposure and liabilities.


What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years accumulative experience
  • Guest centric mindset & ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Understanding of the Dealership network
