The Opportunity
  
A growing professional services firm located in Logan, offering end to end accounts services for their clients, now requires a full-time Personal Assistant to assist the 2 directors due to company growth.  This is a varied role working alongside the Directors, with a need for the ability to work autonomously and self-manage. Bring your initiative, attention to detail and prior experience in an accounting or financial services firm to the role. A high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills is required as there will be lots of client liaison involved!

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Extensive client liaison – acting as an intermediary answering queries, follow up and requesting client information
  • Manage and update client files and database information
  • Produce invoices for clients and follow up on payments
  • Assisting with the implementation of a new software system, trouble-shooting and liaising with external IT
  • Providing personal assistance to the Director
  • Generating reports and managing working spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with ASIC and ATO processes would be beneficial
  • Ad-hoc administration duties as required
Requisite Skills & Experience
  • Proven administration experience within an accounting or financial services firm
  • Previous personal assistance and/or office management experience
  • Familiarity with ASIC and ATO procedures and documentation is beneficial
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and display professionalism and the ability to work autonomously
