McGraw Hill Education is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, learn new things quickly and excellent communication skills to join as editorial coordinator assisting the portfolio manager. The editorial coordinator manages the flow of administrative processes ,information and other activities around customer and market insight for the Portfolio Team, utilising effective communication and prioritisation skills.
In this role, you work effectively across the organisation as the customer - and product advocate, and partner successfully with others to accomplish goals. You are an adept communicator when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Your contribution to the team includes:
- Assist Portfolio Lead in preparation of business cases with customer and market insight such as customer interviews, focus group planning, Author/customer communications; Sales and marketing communications.
- Contract processing which includes tracking, follow-up, distribution, filing and archiving; Vendor set-up, product order processing and payment.
- General administrative support to the Portfolio Lead which includes monthly reporting, financial tracking, processing expenses, title file management
- Contribute to digital optimization efforts by embracing new technologies and establishing efficient processes around these for the portfolio team.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Certificate or Bachelor's degree
- minimum 1 year administrative support experience
- Skilled at prioritising and balancing multiple projects, managing and meeting competing deadlines
- Ability to adapt to change
- Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, ERP, and database programs
- Ability to learn new technologies
