About the role

The Office Manager plays a key role to support the effective and efficient operations across Amovita's business and service areas.

The role provides a diverse and interesting range of day to day operations of the organisation and focuses on our training division, client support services, accounts and finance processes and other associated administration processes.

Skills and experience

  • Formal qualifications in business administration, behavioural science, community services or related discipline - Desirable
  • Demonstrated and relevant experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years) - Required
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner and self report on performance outcomes of the role
  • Proven experience to provide administrative coordination across diverse operational areas such as clients, social media, promotions, training and finance
  • Skills and knowledge in understanding and linking context in the work environment; balancing multiple thinking processes
  • Demonstrated experience in taking initiative and working proactively in the focus and vision of the business
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and can coordinate own role when multiple tasks and projects are in place
  • Proven experience in working across multiple administration and operational areas
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police Check
  • Drivers licence (open) and comprehensive vehicle insurance
  • Proficient use of excel, word, powerpoint, wordpress, adobe illustrator, dropbox and cloud based technologies (or ability to learn these packages)
