Corporate Demolitions, and its sister company, The Recycled Building Centre, are one of Sydney’s biggest demolition and recycled building material resellers, respectively.
Our CEO is currently seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic personal assistant to help in the day to day running of these companies as well as managing scheduling, emails and phone calls. The role would require you to have a working knowledge of Safe Work NSW policy and procedures.
The role is full-time and would involve you working changing hours each week and occasionally six days a week on request.
The role would be well suited for a highly motivated individual who relishes challenge and is able to adapt to a changing day to day schedule.
We are offering a very competitive salary with super paid on top and in exchange are looking for:
- Experience in the Construction or Demolition administration workforce.
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have a valid NSW driver’s licence and access to a car.
- Someone interested in a long term position with the company.
- Experience as a building project manager, foreman or contracts coordinator would be viewed very favourably.
- Experience with Drop Box and/or Trello also a huge plus.
