Due to internal movements, we are seeking a process orientated Billing Administrator to assist with the day to day administrative functions for GS1 Australia's National Product Catalogue, Smart Media, Locatenet and Trusted Data services. 

You will work closely with a team of 2 other Administrators to provide outstanding customer service and accurate and timely administrative support to all subscribers and members of the above areas.

We are seeking an individual who is systems savvy, flexible in their approach to learning, a team player and a positive go-getter!

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing registrations, terminations, and transfers for service subscribers.
  • Billing preparation, invoicing and post billing tasks for all services.
  • Monitoring and maintaining incoming mail from the service-specific support mailboxes.
  • Updating and maintaining the company CRM system, including running reports and queries.
  • Ongoing maintenance of SOPs for all admin related tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will be a methodical and procedural person, and although full training will be provided, we are looking for a fast learner who can hit the ground running.
