Job tasks and responsibilities
We are a fast growing Freight Forwarder. We are in need of a suitably trained individual to join the team in a role offering autonomy and ongoing career opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- General office management incl. supply orders, couriers, calls, customer enquiries.
- Managing Employee Expense Claims
- Managing various company expenses
- Maintaining Employee Records
- Assisting on payroll function
- Company credit card reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable tasks when required
- Accounts Payable tasks when required
Skills and experience
In this high volume role your strong attention to detail will be required as your day will include plenty of interaction with both clients and agents. Good Written and Verbal English skills are a must.
Whilst some exposure in Logistics and knowledge of the Cargowise One operating system, would be preferable we are open minded to the right candidate, who shares our work and company values.
This role requires an immediate start. You may be required to work in the Caringbah offices occasionally.
Applicants with certifications in accounting, finance or business administration would be well regarded. As would multilingual applicants with experience in Asian languages.
