We currently have a fulltime (six month fixed term) opportunity that may lead to permanent employment for an Office Administrator to join the Business Support group based in our St. Leonards office.
Key Responsibilities
- General Office assistance including; managing leave calendars and resourcing records
- Booking and managing travel requirements (accommodation, flights and car bookings)
- Creating purchase orders
- Booking training
- Handling inbound calls and directing external calls to the appropriate recipient (occasional reception cover)
- assisting in coordinating the journey management process for travelers;
- Administrative assistance including data entry, word processing, printing and binding of documents, document control and filing (electronic and hard copy)
- Editing and formatting reports and letters including finalizing for distribution
- Data entry (including Gint)
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, training events and functions including catering, preparing meeting rooms and note taking
- Assist other Group Administrators and project teams as required
Skills
- pervious general administration experience
- Good time management skills

- Ability to work unsupervised and be proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Knowledge Microsoft Office suite
