We are Australia's leading and growing event solutions company and we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Crew Controller to be part of a rewarding and dynamic team environment in one our prestigious venues in Melbourne.
You will be supporting the day to day operational duties to ensure that events run smoothly. In this role you will be responsible for the timely organisation and rostering of crew and transport. Therefore, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of events.
What your new role Involves:
- Data entry - roster casual and full time crew to ensure show delivery needs and financial considerations are met
- Manage labour scheduling program to ensure accurate crew scheduling
- Contribute to staff development and mentoring plans
- Reporting on labour efficiencies
- Assist with the training of crew and the administration of training records
- Work within the guidelines of Encore Event Technologies OHS policies and procedures, and ensure that crew and customers enjoy a safe environment

- Basic knowledge of audio visual equipment
- Proven crew leadership experience
- Highly developed customer service
- Time management skills; the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to commence work early and after hours when required
- Proven track record rostering for multi site business (preferred)
- Background in AV or hospitality industry
