What you will be doing:
- Working closely with the Office Manager on a day-to-day basis.
- Greet all visitors, and ensure they are looked after whilst in reception
- Answer all incoming calls and take messages when needed
- Ensure reception and meeting rooms are kept tidy at all times
- Manage and maintain meeting room bookings
- Assist with arranging catering for meetings and/or events
To be successful in this role requires:
- Ability to keep pace in an ambitious, ever-changing environment
- Good working knowledge of Outlook (PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
- A can-do attitude
