We require a Part Time Administration Officer to join our team in Mackay.
About the role
Your new role includes the following duties:
- Facilitating the sales process inside the branch
- Liasing with Human Resources
- Sales analysis and reporting
- Answering phones and reception duties
- Managing client service needs
- Stock control
Skills and experience
To be successful for your new role you will meet the following criteria:
- Previous administration experience in a similar role and/or minimum of Certificate 3 in Business
- Excel proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail is a must
- Able to contribute and work as a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, efficient & proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
Part-time hours will be 15 hours per week, working afternoons from Monday to Friday with a view to start in July 2018.
