About The OpportunityThey are now looking for a Service Coordinator to join their company in Hallam VIC.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop rapport with customers through effective communication
- Organise and schedule appointments for customers
- Add jobs to the job calendar and raise jobs in the dispatch system
- Maintain stock and order/select parts for jobs as required
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience in the air compressor industry (highly desirable)
- Strong computer skills
- Current drivers licence
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Strong customer and team working skills
- Ongoing Training & Professional Development Provided
