Additionally this role supports the office generally with administrative tasks which ensures variety.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and distribute sales and marketing collateral
- Preparing customer submissions and proposals
- Compiling sales data
- Answering inbound calls and email enquiries
- Assist in the coordination of expos, conferences and customer meetings
- Planning and coordinating social events for the team
- Travel coordination
- Supporting the customer service and finance teams
- General administration for the office
- Special projects
Skills / Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Proactive approach
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Comfortable with numbers for sales reports and calculations
