Our Client

Our client is a progressive company, committed to high quality in local and state government, commercial and residential tree work. The team are fully trained and qualified to professional standards and utilise the latest equipment. 

The Opportunity

They are now looking for a Reception, Training & Customer Service Coordinator to join their company in Artarmon, NSW. 

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate all general reception and administration tasks and coordinate training for new and existing employees. 

Reporting directly to the Office Manager some of your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and book training for current staff and induct new employees
  • Manage and update training records and coordinate renewals on the database
  • Receive and manage phone calls, messages, and emails in a professional manner
  • Offer excellent customer service when booking clients in for appointments and quotes
  • General administration tasks such as filing, ordering office supplies and data entry
  • Prepare various reports as requested by the management team

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Experience in a small business environment
  • Proven ability to manage customer databases, analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise and complete work
  • Excellent computer literacy and strong typing skills  
  • Professional and courteous communication skills
  • A formal qualification in business administration (desirable)
  • Proven experience in working with tradespeople (desirable)
