Administration Superstar Required

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, well-spoken individual who enjoys variety in their day to day work life.
This role is multifaceted and will include sales support, order processing, data entry, invoicing, client nurturing, all aspects of administration and report preparation.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing inbound enquiries
- Processing orders
- Purchasing administration
- Warehouse administration
- Support to entire team as required
You will need to possess:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong IT skills and the ability to ‘pick up’ new programs with ease
- Professional presentation and pleasant phone manner
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- A ‘can-do’, positive attitude
