Client Details
My client is one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of tarpaulins in Australia. They service overseas Aid agencies, State Emergency Services, Building & Construction industries, Mining & Agriculture as well as the Transport industry and they're continuously growing.
Description
- Answer phones and transfer accordingly
- Liaise with customers
- Process orders, packing slips and invoices
- Enter and file all supplier invoices
- End of month reporting
- Expenses
- Clerical duties - filing, photocopying, collating etc
- Ad-hoc admin
- Marketing - opportunity to develop, implement and manage
Profile
- Best suited to someone with 3 - 4 year's experience within an Administrative position
- Bright, bubbly and energetic persona
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Strong customer service skills
Job Offer
- $55-65k + super - pending experience
- Opportunity to learn and develop existing skillset

- Hours: 8am to 5pm
