About The Job
Primarily you will be working on account origination which involves a high level of document management, data entry and inbound/outbound customer service. You will be contacting customers to clarify missing details on their applications if needed.
There will be strict deadlines to meet, and the work is highly scrutinised for accuracy due to its important nature so you need to have a high attention to detail, quality of work and speed. This being said, it's a fantastic office environment to work in. It's high pressure, but staff are rewarded regularly and recognised for their efforts.

  • An easy going attitude. Nothing really ever fusses you, and you're happy to come in and get stuck into your workload for the day.
  • Ability to hit the ground running! This is a temporary role, and the team have a large amount of work they need assistant with so they will expect you can adapt.
