As we scale up our business nationally and globally, we are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to come on board and help us build the organisational foundations for our fast growing operations.

About The Role:

We are a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, technical product sales, marketing and distribution company. We are down to earth and focused on achieving our goals. With a growing team distributed nationally and over 350 client sites, you will support operations across the whole business and provide administrative assistance to the Executive Chairman. Your responsibilities will include:

  • All administrative support to the Executive Chairman and our small executive team
  • Human resources support
  • Financial bookkeeping support for outsourced bookkeepers (Xero)
  • General office management support
  • Stock/ supplier management
  • Product ordering & dispatch

About You:

You are a highly dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant or Office Manager who thrives under pressure and knows what it takes to run the day to day needs of a small business in a high growth phase.

You will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administration position.

Ideally you will: 

  • Be highly organised and able to prioritise and execute multiple tasks effectively;
  • Be highly competent with IT - Microsoft suite, and other online business systems;
  • Be confident and able to interface professionally with clients and suppliers;
  • Have excellent attention to detail and takes pride in quality presentation of work; and 
  • Will have extensive experience administration support in a technical sales environment
