In short, you will be required to support the sales side of the business jobs including; emailing, quoting and shipping manifest, making follow up calls to ensure customers have received goods, making sales calls and sending samples.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Follow up calls each day to ensure customers have received their goods
  • Sales calls
  • High-volume of inbound and outbound contact with potential new clients
  • Responding to and resolving any customer complaints or issues
  • Dealing with transport companies, scheduling delivers
  • Following set procedures
  • Communicate with internal contacts on a daily basis to achieve required outcomes
