Your role as Administration/Reception:

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an energetic, pro-active person to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of client support and contact with the business. You will ideally have some experience with accounts and even quoting. Also an enthusiasm for I.T. will be beneficial as this will assist in your learning. You will be working in a relaxed and professional environment. Career growth could be towards the administration or sales areas - it's up to you!

Details of the role include:

  • Responding to incoming client calls
  • Assisting with accounts - both Debtors and Creditors
  • Co-ordinating our response to client issues
  • Preparing Quotations
  • Ordering and Purchasing
  • Organising interstate and local couriers
  • Learning about I.T.
